What we collect and why

Newsletter sign-ups

When you join our launch list we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and your IP address (a record of where the sign-up came from). We send you one email asking you to confirm. Once you confirm, we'll email you about our launch, your discount and future Big Baps news and offers.

Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.

Contact form

When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message and your IP address. We use these only to reply and deal with your enquiry.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch with us.

Keeping the site secure

To stop spam and abuse we briefly record the IP address used to submit our forms, so we can limit repeated submissions.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website and our inbox free from spam and abuse.
